Villa Rubi is a modern 3-bedroom villa positioned just 5 minutes' drive from the idyllic harbour town of Sami, with the nearest beachfront and Karavomylos village centre both just a 10-minute walk away. The first floor balconies offer views of the lush countryside and all the way down to Sami Harbour. Smartly furnished throughout, the villa has spacious bedrooms and a stylish, open-plan living space. What's more, you'll be within walking distance of the stunning Melissani Lake, one of Kefalonia's most famous attractions. WiFi and air conditioning/heating are included in all bedrooms and the lounge.

Villa Rubi is located in the countryside in Karavomylos, a short drive from Sami. This detached property has a scenic mountainous backdrop and views towards the sea, as well as Sami's attractive harbour. A 10 minute walk will take you to the beachfront and Karavomylos village centre, home to some local tavernas and a bakery. Sami offers an excellent setting to enjoy, with bars and restaurants along the waterfront. You're also well positioned to explore the gorgeous nearby beaches of Karavomylos and Antisamos. Our Villa Roses is next door.
