Please note that a £250 deposit is required for this property. This deposit will be held on a card and released within 48 hours of check-out, provided no damage is found. If any damage is identified, we will inform you in writing.

Upon booking, an e-rental agreement will be sent to you, and we require it to be signed. Please note that if you access the lock box at check-in without having signed the rental agreement, we will consider this as your acceptance of the terms.
