Sunset House is a Canadiana 2-bedroom suite (king + queen, sleeps 4) that feels less like a rental and more like a well-loved home away from home.

Unwind in the spacious living room beside a cozy gas fireplace, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and frame those famous valley views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need — fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster oven/air fryer, and rice maker — plus a BBQ on the patio for outdoor dining. Both bedrooms are dressed in luxury linens with room-darkening shades for a genuinely restful sleep. Families are warmly welcome — a travel crib is available on request.

Most guests are out exploring and rarely notice a thing. If you're planning a slower, stay-in kind of trip, you may occasionally catch the faint sounds of everyday life filtering through from above — it's a genuinely lived-in home, and we'd rather be upfront than have it catch you off guard.

Suggested hot tub hours are 9am–9pm, though we're flexible — just let us know if you'd like an earlier or later soak and we'll work around you. Hosts carry out regular maintenance and may occasionally use the tub once guests are done for the day.
Sunset House is a place for guests who want to unwind, take in some big views, relax in the hot tub, gather around the firebowl, enjoy the rock garden and flowers and have plenty of room to breathe — that's what we do best. or a downtown condo? If bars, buzzy streets, and being in the thick of it are your scene, a downtown Kelowna condo might be your perfect match.

For stays of 4 nights or more, we include a complimentary private terrace yoga and sound bath. We can also arrange sailing cruises, foodie tours, winery pickups, and in-home spa treatments — just ask.
