The hotel itself was new and clean and staff was very pleasant. However, the pool was exceedingly small to the point we thought it was perhaps a secondary pool. as well, management should reorganize the complementary breakfast area. The food was fine but the area where guests lined up to serve themselves was extremely congested. An 'island' was right behind the line-up so the area between the food and the 'island' was very narrow. Lastly, the parking was a bit challenging.

I stayed at Park Inn Hotel for two nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The stay was not just comfortable but also memorable. I was traveling with my special needs son, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One of the thoughtful gestures was allowing us to enjoy breakfast in our room, which made things much easier for us. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained throughout. Staff named Prabhleen and Om helped us . We especially loved the pool – it was super clean, inviting, and a perfect place to relax. The staff were kind, respectful, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Their empathy and understanding really made a difference in our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. It’s a great place to stay – clean, friendly, and truly accommodating. A must-visit for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant family getaway!

You get what you pay for. So don’t expect anything outstanding. The staff were very friendly and polite that’s for sure. Other than that nothing stood out where I would use this hotel again. With a family of 4 everything was just small. Tiny bathroom. Tiny rooms not much room to walk around. The pool was tiny. The restaurant seating area was also very small. The three times we attempted to have breakfast every seat was taken had to go elsewhere. The noise from the highway was awful. If you have small kids who sleep lightly I do not recommend it. Ask for a room on the other side. Anyhow the hotel. Everything small. If you need something for the night sure, more then two days with a family I do not recommend it. Again, the staff were very friendly.

We were in Kelowna for 4 nights and this hotel was nice and clean! Loved the suite as it gave us more room to keep leftovers and reheat them as needed. Only complaint was the light in the bathroom kept shutting off as it's motion activated and we couldn't figure out how to keep it on so would have to keep opening the shower door to activate it again, haha! Breakfast was very limited and crammed into a small area. Pancake makers kept breaking or were out of order.

Not worth the money.

Definitely poor value for the money. Everything I saw could use a thorough vacuuming, the lobby could use a feel mopping with bleach. The housekeeping was hit and miss, and every day it seemed they left less and less towels. The pillows were these strange squares, and the bed they claimed was a queen seems awfully narrow. I definitely wouldn’t stay again.
