Stylish pet-friendly 1-bedroom home on the border of Kelowna/Lake Country

A cozy and quite 1-bedroom home in Deer Meadows development. The Okanagan Rail Trail - a scenic walking trail that spans over 50 kilometers between Kelowna and Vernon cuts through the development. The trail follows the shores of Kalamalka Lake and Wood Lake, offering a mix of gravel and paved surfaces, and is designed for cycling, walking, running, and e-biking.

The development itself has pickleball courts (paddles and balls provided in our unit) and is pet friendly. A family and pet friendly brewery/restaurant is a short walk down the road and an ice cream store is a short drive. Parks and wineries are in the area. Grocery and other stores are in the adjacent community.

The home has a queen bed and Roku TV in the bedroom. The living room features a large screen Roku TV and a queen sofa/sofa bed. The kitchen is well appointed (stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher). Seating for meals is at the counter. The deck has two large deck chairs for enjoying the morning or night sky.
