Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay here! We decided to treat ourselves to 3 nights at the all inclusive after travelling around Turkey for 10 days and we are so happy we did! The beach and pool were stunning and great to relax. The food was impressive and there was so much choice (even for a vegan like me!) and we found the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend to others. Yes there is music and it can be loud, but we still found it easy to relax and it had a really great atmosphere. I would come back again!

Nice compact hotel with beautiful beach

Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim in it with 5yr old. Overall nice and we would return!

This all inclusive was amazing compared to many others I’ve stayed in. Most importantly, the food was great! There were plenty of options every night and they even have a late option for breakfast for the people who like to sleep in on vacation. Most of the staff spoke English as well as Russian. The beach was great and there were plenty of chairs. The cabanas are beautiful and a great option to reserve if traveling with a group. Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view of the beach, and anything you may need while vacationing. The only downside is there wasn’t too much to do at night besides hang out on the pier where they had a DJ until midnight.

Overall, the property was good. A couple of deficiencies I noticed. 1. The A/C throughout the resort was inadequate. 2. The staff at the food court couldn’t get their act together with correct order details. Excuses could be made but in the end, that’s all they are. Just excuses. The a/c systems need to be updated. For the amount the resort charges, one doesn’t expect there to be problems.

Terrible Customer Service

Hotel staff wasn’t very accommodating. A friend of mine made the reservation for the week before not realizing that we didn’t arrive until this week. They didn’t offer any assistance other than we could just rebook and pay all over again. Being that it was already 9pm and I was in the middle of no where, I just rebooked. Then once we finally re-booked they take me to a dirty room that hasn’t been cleaned. So they then have to find another room to put me into. Overall the customer service wasn’t the best. Also the location is ideal if you’d like to get out and see things you are very far away from everything. When I return to turkey I would not stay here again and I also wouldn’t recommend this place.

Had one week vacation with my family at the resort. Pros: 1. Excellent food: Stuff at the kitchen was doing very well. Variety and quality was above excellence. 2. Friendly Stuff: Every stuff was welcoming and making sure that we are having good time. 3. Entertainment: This is the best part. This hotel attracts all kind of tourists: from families with bunch of kids to young single active fellas. Every disco or dancing show was suitable for everybody. Everyday different program. Very modern and energising 6 out of 5 to entertainment department💪 Cons. I wish management would invest more in hotel rooms and plumbing. You can tell that its newly remodelled facility but in a cheap way. 1. Drain is smelly: if you keep bathroom open and balcony closed, entire room will have weird smell. Might bother people with sensitive nose. 2. Mattresses and pillows are poor quality. If you sensitive to this things you may have sleep issues. I guess you can't have everything. And In my opinion this hotel has very good price/quality ratio. Thank you to all hotel stuff for wonderfull stay. I'm definitely consider to come back some time.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Corendon Playa Kemer chambre 1204 du 29 mars au 04 avril 2026. Un grand merci au personnel de l'accueil, du spa, du bar, de la pâtisserie et du restaurant tout particulièrement. Merci pour les gentils attentions à l'occasion de mon anniversaire et de celui de mon mari. Dommage en ce qui concerne la plage. Il s'y trouve beaucoup de pierres, et j'y ai trouvé pas mal de bouchons en plastique en plus d'un oignon, une orange ainsi que des meubles. Ce qui ne m'a pas encouragé à y retourner. J'ai aimé la vue sur la mer depuis ma chambre et le bruit des vagues. Malheureusement la chambre semblait mal isolée et insonorisée. Je pouvais sentir malgré le balcon fermé l'odeur de cigarette. Niveau transport ça a été quelque peu compliqué de comprendre le système. J'ai plutôt misé sur des activités avec transfert. Bémol également niveau ménage, quelques jours après notre arrivée des fruits ont commencé à pourrir dans la corbeil offerte mais ils n'ont pas été jetés et pendant quelques jours les verres dans la douche contenaient des traces. Les chaînes de la télévision ne fonctionnaient pas.

Das Zimmer war leider alles andere als sauber und zudem war es noch so laut, dass man nicht einmal lüften konnte und die Deutschkenntnisse ließen zu wünschen übrig (haben extra drauf geachtet dass im Hotel Deutsch gesprochen wird und bei diesem Hotel ist es angegeben). Wir werden sicher nie wieder kommen!
