My husband and I stayed at the Microtel while we went back home to visit family. The place was great! The lobby was clean, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice!! I will definitely be returning here!!

Literally started itching soon as I got in bed, room was hot. Sheets & towels were stained horribly! Hotel is so outdated, I was afraid to even shower with their towels! NEVER AGAIN , rather sleep in my car

I reserved 2 rooms for my contractors, one room had a TV remote that didn’t work, the other did not have a shower head. When they informed the staff, they were told they couldn’t do anything about and would have to wait until the next day. The next day nothing was done to fix the problems.

The room was dirty. There were still clothes from a past guest in the room. Stains on the carpet, bedsheets, towels etc. Bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. Shower was not clean. The hotel had an awful smell throughout. Outside doors would not open. Elevator did not work. Work out room was a mess.

When arrived the light in the elevator was not working from the time i got there to the time I left. The chair in the room for the desk was wobbly. the back left leg was shorter than the other legs. for breakfast the eggs were cool had to heat them up in the microwave every morning.
