Staff was polite, courteous, and professional. I gave a 4* for condition only because of the minor construction going on during the day. It did not affect the evening hours/sleep. I have relatives that live here, so this hotel will be my first priority for future reservations.

Comfortable; needs updating. Good value

Comfortable bed and the AC was quiet. The continental breakfast was average. No decaf coffee though. The waterside view was nice and the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants. The hotel is in need of an update.

The hotel room had a slight stench of old and urine. Furniture is ready for an upgrade. Matress comfort was average. Dining is a good 20 minutes away either direction of the hotel. The evening parking is a bit scetchy with lots of cars and people hanging out probably because of the bridge & water view but other things were definitely a possibility. I probably won't stay here again.

This is an older, average-quality motel, with extensive remodeling in progress. Swimming pool is not heated and cold; could not find the advertised hot tub. Noisy outdoors band concert Sunday night 7 to 10 p.m. immediately adjacent to building. Bed pillows need replacement (flat) and plain breakfast offered weekend days, even less on weekdays. Noisy guest rooms with neighbor's shower sounding loud as if in your room.
