Front desk lady was very rude on phone, in person at check in and at checkout. Plus, night management was rude when I made a noise complaint because someone kept stomping and hitting walls (which never had anything done about it.) Will never stay here again and I encourage all of you to not stay here either, so many better options in Kennewick that are better priced and whose staff treat you with dignity and good customer service.
