The hotel and rooms are good. People at the frontdesk are very nice. But the breakfast is still below my expectations. My room has not been cleaned during the all week 😳.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel, the team even organizes 5/7 on Thursday nights on the terrace. a very well located hotel with a very attentive staff

IWe checked in at 9:30 pm on Tuesday the 7th at night with 2 teenagers. There was no one at the front desk we had to wait a while and restaurant was closed at 9 pm. After checking in we ordered door dash and the girls went to the pool /hot tub area for about 45 mins maybe, when we got back there was men's T shirt and socks in our room someone had enter our room without our permission and the predator did something bad that I cannot mention in this review. I called the front desk and they came up and remove the T shirt and socks and told me there would be no charge for tonight and that they were sorry, however upon checking out I was charged for the night full amount and I argue with the young girl but said she there was nothing they could do to help me, because her manager was not in this morning. I have filed a complaint with Travelocity as well. very upset I predator was in our room and no one cares. We demand a refund immediately.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. My front desk associate did offer to move you rooms for the night. Parking was comped and you were also given hot breakfast coupons for your issues. The shirt was left by housekeeping accidentally. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience.
