Your stay includes exclusive access to the Main House, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms designed for comfort and effortless gathering.

POOL & HOT TUB: Enjoy the private pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend, alongside the hot tub, which is available for year-round relaxation.
POOL HOUSE & SHOWERS: The dedicated pool house features two outdoor showers and a cozy indoor fireplace to keep you comfortable.
OUTDOOR GRILL: Fire up the propane grill for effortless outdoor meals surrounded by the quiet beauty of the woods.

MAIN HOUSE
Bedroom 1 (Primary): Features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-size bed with convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom.

PARKING & VEHICLES
To maintain the peace and preserve our grounds, a maximum of four (4) guest vehicles is permitted. Please note that commercial vehicles are reserved exclusively for approved service providers. Additionally, to ensure smooth circulation and preserve our natural grounds, please park only in the designated parking spaces on the property.


WELCOME TO YOUR STAY!
This listing is for the guest house only accommodating a total of 4 guests. The property's layout is thoughtfully designed for complete privacy so that you will not see or need to interact with anyone renting the Main House. For winter travel, we recommend a 4WD vehicle with snow tires to ensure a safe and seamless journey through the scenic seasonal landscape.

PROPERTY UPDATES
Please note that the outdoor pool is open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Additionally, the outdoor kitchen in the pool house is currently undergoing updates to get it fully up and running again. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your future outdoor dining experiences!

NATURAL GROUNDS & GARDENS
Our property features two native grass and wildflower meadows, located near the Guest House and the Main House—which we lovingly hand-weed and re-seed to restore their natural beauty. As these areas are intentionally left unmowed, you can enjoy their wild, organic charm. Additionally, our outdoor herb and vegetable garden near the guest house receives tender care during bi-weekly visits on Wednesdays.

DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT
To ensure our team can prepare the home flawlessly for our next guests, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that an overtime fee of $50 per half-hour will apply for departures past this time. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and hope you have an unforgettable stay!
