Luxury in a quiet but central location
Posted Nov. 1, 2023 on HotelsGreat location, no more than 15 mins walk from the station, just 5 into the historic centre. I was advised I'd be staying in an annexe over the road, often being put in a separate building means a run down place for budget visitors but I was amazed!! This was like a suite with giant comfortable bedroom and attached bathroom & kitchenette looking out onto a garden. The front desk staff staff were so helpful with directions & it was like having my own apartment for the stay. It was out of season which maybe why I got an upgrade/discount rate.

Property was very disappointing. Room was clean and fairly comfortable BUT very noisy. Late at night a large bus load of tourists came to the hotel and no one told them to be quiet. We were unable to sleep. The next morning we went to get our breakfast that was included at the hotel - and the bus load of tourists ate all the food and left a horrible mess.

Very good at the price
Posted Nov. 16, 2015 on HotelsThis is a nice hotel. Our stay was pretty cheap because it was way off season. It's a typical 3-star hotel with the added bonus of a Finnish sauna at the back of the garden of the apartments. Breakfast was also good. Otherwise, we didn't really use the hotel, apart from sleeping. I'm sure it's nicer in the summer when the restaurant is open in the garden :)
