Posted Jul. 10, 2023 on HotelsRushed 140 miles to see ill parent. Booked and paid for this hotel at very last minute on evening of that night. Ended up spending the night at hospital bedside, didnt even get to hotel. Having paid we then got email from hotel wanting ID (had none with us, so question if booking actually completed). Hotel wouldnt refund or credit our payment.

Hello,There is no need to leave a bad anonymous review if there is nothing to hide.You booked a room for 7th of July and paid to Expedia.You did not call or let us know that you are not coming.The room was kept for you all night and in the morning was defined as No Show.I am afraid this is a standard procedure for every accommodation.Really we cannot understand your bad review.
