Spacious Accommodations: Five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom. Two additional half baths inside and a full bathroom by the pool provide convenience for every guest.

Modern Amenities: The home includes an elevator and a game room with a pool table, foosball, ping pong table, air hockey. A selection of toys and games is also available for adults and kids alike.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy the heated pool and spa (free of charge) from December 1st. thru April 30, the schedule is as follows Pool from 7:00 AM thru 5:00 PM and the Spa from 5:00 PM thru 10:30 PM, a boat dock, and an outdoor BBQ—all perfect for soaking up the Florida sun and stunning waterfront views. Keep an eye out for friendly manatees that often visit the canal!

Boater’s Dream: The 75-foot dock offers ample space for two boats or a large vessel, with a deep canal suitable for boating at both high and low tides. For fishing enthusiasts, the dock includes a cleaning table, bait freezer, and a commercial-size ice machine for ultimate convenience.

Extra Activities: Guests can explore the beautiful surroundings with two kayaks and three bikes, perfect for a day of adventure on the water or around town.
