Cottage w/ Full Kitchen FREE sailboats and kayaks

The Owner’s Cottage is waterfront with two bedrooms, which can sleep 2 adults and up to 5 children. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin bed on the ground floor and steps that lead to a queen size loft bed. (This loft only opens to the second bedroom so
there’s still privacy.) In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2. The full-size kitchen is well
equipped for cooking and dining and has a gas stove with an oven, full size refrigerator, microwave,
drip coffee maker with filters provided, blender, and toaster. There is a dining table for four inside as
well as an outdoor table for six on the deck where you can enjoy the view while grilling, enjoying a
cool beverage, and eating a meal. The full bath has a tub and shower. We provide the linens, bath,
and beach towels. This cottage has a connecting door to the Owners Cottage which can make it one
big cottage perfect for a group of 13 people. It is NOT a dog-friendly cottage.
