This was the perfect place to stay for our spring break vacation. Not a terrible drive from the airport, close to a lot of activities and dining while still private. The location on the channel and being able to kayak and use the pool was great. Damaris and the maintenance staff were very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We can’t wait to book another stay here.

Wonderful getaway using a boat!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Perfect location with tons of amenities. The only drawback is that the air took a very long time to cool down the unit unless you were in the mastering bedroom which was fabulous. Otherwise, no complaints!

Boaters Paradise

This is one of the best Keys properties my family has ever stayed at. The unit was very clean and had comfortable beds. I came with my husband our four kids and two of their friends and we all fit comfortable. The boating amenities were perfect. Really amazing snorkeling, fishing, and sandbars right off the coast (mosquito banks, mosquito sands). Demarez was the perfect hostess!!!
