Enjoy your vacation in this brand new recreational vehicle with great taste in interior design. This unit has an extended air-conditioned porch with a full kitchen and living room

This amazing unit accommodates a total of 6 guests with 2 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam mattress in each bedroom.

Lot 170 is one of the largest lots in Key Largo Kampground and is located very close to the pool

Guest Access:
Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun.

Other things to note:

- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 4 guests per unit.
-Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.

- Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance.
There's no check-in available after 10:00PM.

-Check-out time is 11:00am

- Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot.

- All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max.

 ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day.  Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum

â–ș Liability insurance (declaration page with coverage of injury and damages).

- No smoking allowed inside the units.

- Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground.

- The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule.

Pets are allowed with the following restrictions:

● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each.  No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below).   Pets must be leashed when off your site.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking.

List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.

Would only use to sleep

I have mixed emotions about making this review. This stay did what we needed it to do, which was give us a place to sleep while we visited the keys. It did that. However, this place was not what i was expecting. We have an RV i knew what that was like and this one is nice but the railing going in the main dood on the left is so wobbly you feel like you might accidently break it.The beds are hard to get in and out of and apparently you are suppsed to check in with the front desk of the property upon arrival for many reasons (one an access card for re-entry after a certain time and two so the "resort" knows we are there) this was not communicated to us and when i reached out i didnt get a response very quickly and the security explained everything (per him this is quite.common for this host) and he got us taken care of. The host does have a helpful book of how to use items around the RV but the AC pic for the bedroom.is not accurate so we gave up on it and didnt even try to reach out. The "resort" where the RV is at, DOES NOT look like the.pictures and can be very deceiving. Not very pleasant to look at or smell. All in all it served its purpose but i would not return, i was happy to leave

Perfect Get-Away

We stayed here for a few days with family. Everything was beautiful and clean. The campground is also great and has great amenities! The site is right at the entrance to the park, but we didn't mind this. A great place to relax in paradise. thanks for a great stay!

Home Away From Home

Our family has stayed at Key Largo Kampground for many years. This year, we sought out an RV that would be comfortable for our family.From the beginning of making our reservation, I had questions to ensure I was prepared; I’m a planner.Ramses responded to all my questions, almost immediately! He shared insights and helpful tips for our stay.Upon our arrival, the place was found emaculately clean, cooled with great air conditioning, stocked with kitchen items (we did a lot of stay in cooking) bath towels, pool towels, outdoor seating, even a BBQ outside.Our favorite part was the additional living space with a full gas stove and oven, a separate air conditioner than that of the RV, an exhaust, TV, and sectional sofa to enlarge the hang out space.We are planning to go again this summer and will be re-booking with Ramses!

Enjoyed our stay

The amenities at this campground/RV park were the highlight with a great pool, beaches and friendly people. The accomodations were fun, unique and as described and met our needs. There was some miscommunication between the host and the campground resulting in delays at checkin but was eventually resolved. Apparantly this is common (according to the campground staff). Would stay at this campground again, although might select a different property deeper into the park as this one is closet to the road, right as you enter the park.

Vacation

Only issues I have are minor yet do play apart in a great experience. Few issues : Microwave was dirty There were dishes and pans found in the cupboards that were definitely not clean. The cleaning person or company definitely should do way better! The propand grill was neglected by previous renters for sure, had to clean it and purchase a propane tank because they were both empty..... The RV itself was very nice and the attachment made the stay pleasant, the weather was bad so we didn't get out much. Beds are very comfortable. Neighbors were nice....Very laid back and tranquil area We would surely stay here again in the future.
