Annual Visit to Key West
The location of the property is excellent. We walk or ride bikes and do not rent a car. It is relatively quite for Key West noise was not an issue. Communication prior to check in and at checkout was very good. We had an issue with the coffee maker and it was replaced within an hour. The property was clean and appeared and was as advertised. The property is perfect for a couple and the second bathroom is a big plus. The washer and dryer are also a plus. My only criticism and it is minor is that some of the furniture will need to be upgraded. This does not include the bed or the kitchen area which are quite comfortable. We had a great stay and will certainly return.

Lovely, well located cottage
The cottage was perfect for our stay in key west. Loved the location one block from Duval St.. The laundry was a greatly needed as this wasn’t our only stop in Florida. The only issue was parking. There wasn’t any available space near the cottage the entire time we were there. But we found a public parking lot about 3 blocks north of the house. A little expensive but no other choice. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location….Perfect for a Couple
We were pleased with our stay here. It was clean and well located. You can walk to everything. The bed is very comfortable. The house is stock with the things you need including coffee, which is a nice touch. Be aware, when they say 4:00 check-in, they mean 4:00 exactly. We sat on the porch for 30 minutes when we arrived. I called the property manager, and I was told that we wouldn’t be able to enter the code and it work until 4. We had an issue with the door code during our visit. The door lock somehow reset itself, and we couldn’t get in the cottage. Called the property manager, and she wasn’t able to fix it on her end remotely. They sent someone out to fix it in person in a timely fashion. All in all, I would recommend the cottage, and we would stay here again while in Key West.

Great Cottage
We loved staying at the cottage. The place was clean and ready when we got there. It is in perfect location because it is close to everything. Even though it is only a block from Duval, it was still nice and quiet. I would rent it again.

Perfect Key West location
Visiting Key West for the first time for a getaway, we chose this location for proximity to Duval street. We were not disappointed. So much was within walking distance. We rented bikes for our stay and I am happy to say no car was necessary. We were able to bike or walk easily everything from Zachary Taylor state park to Mallory square.
