THE LOCATION

You don’t have to travel far to find adventure! Your rental is located at the mouth of the Antlers Gulch community, which offers hiking trails up into the Gulch during the summer and snowshoeing in the winter.

Practice your golf swing -- You’re right across from The River Course at Keystone (1.1 miles) and The Ranch Course is 3.3 miles away. Or enjoy tubing and cross-country skiing at the Keystone Nordic Center.

For world-class skiing, drive 5 minutes to Keystone Resort or 10 minutes to Arapahoe Basin.

On the edge of Keystone, you’re also a short drive from the outlet stores of Dillon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

GooD location

This unit is very close to the Arapahoe Basin (10mins) which was very convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and we loved the heated tiles in the bathroom and also the fireplace!

Cozy comfort

Excellent location in proximity to another larger rental property where the majority of our guests we’re staying. It would have been helpful to have been told that the unit number isn’t visible from the parking area (or say front door is in the breezeway to the left of the 400 unit garages). We’d also suggest that someone address the musty/smoke odor, but otherwise a cozy comfortable place. Thank you!

Great little place

This was close to everything and had everything I needed. Love the location and privacy of the townhome neighborhood. Had issues initially connecting to WiFi but TurnKey was quick to respond. Will be back for sure!

A place of comfort, rest, relaxation

We were very thankful And appreciative of the cleanliness, beautIful decor and focus on comfort in bedding and living room seating that was experienced in this home. We were very cozy and warm utilizing the heater and wonderful fireplace. Another added bonus was the full stock of all the kitchen essentials we could possibly need! I easily rated a 5 star based on the very prompt and caring communication by Turnkey management staff in response to an issue of concern, which leads to our last remark... One negative only, of our stay there, was that when we arrived - there was a very strong odor of tobacco and/or combination of marijuana smoke in the air. We opened all the windows for a few hours before bedtime. We were Very uncomfortable with the Odor still lingering in the air while we slept. We aired out the home again the next day, and it was much better. It would have been helpful if the cleaning staff would have aired out the home and sprayed deodorizer after the previous tenants left. I hope the previous tenants were fined and paid a penalty for their disregard for non smoking rules that were listed on the home stay request list. It was very disrespectful and insensitive to those who have breathing issues or allergies.

Cozy cute place to stay!

Our experience was wonderful. The space was perfect, clean and we loved the ski theme throughout. The only negative we would add is that during booking it stated there was a hot tub but due to the pandemic and construction on the other they were not accessible. We would recommend updating the amenities on Vrbo when things are being worked on or not usable during the stay.
