River Run Condo w/ Private Balcony for Mountain View, Walk to Gondola & Shops

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with one king bed, one sleeper sofa and one Murphy bed. It features beautiful ski slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The patio is just off of the living area and offers ski slope views as well as views of the pool. Relax on your private patio while family and friends enjoy swimming.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats five. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and windows across two walls offering views of the pool and ski slopes. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

**Ultra-premium Linens** This unit has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens that rival those of The Four Seasons. Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Amazing time

This place #1was spotless. There was a crew fixing a broken water line for the toilet when we got here. They were incredibly polite. The place was on par with the description. We would return!

Wonderful condo and property

Loved the location! Will definitely stay again. Loved that it had two bathrooms and enough bed space for 6. Walkout to pool area was a plus. One negative - check in process. If you drive to Keystone it shouldn’t be a problem. Please change your check in process to be onsite..

Location was great. Apartment was clean. We had issues with our hot water and heat due to maintenance being done on the boiler. Twice we had no heat and hot water and were told that we should use the fire place to heat the area. Maintenance was very friendly and checked on us multiple times but the property manager was not as helpful.

Beautiful mountain views, perfect walkable location to village and gondola. Truly great location. Hot tub, pool and steam room are just steps away. Comfortable beds (Murphy bed is bonus) not sure how the sleeper sofa would be. Heated parking for winter another great asset.

Red Hawke Lodge

This property for the 2 of us worked well for us. We were gone most of the day, so didn't use the kitchen much or the amenities. The couch in the living room, which I assume was a pull out was very uncomfortable, maybe even broken as it sunk in the middle and was hard to get up out of. Also, the proximity to the hot tub and swimming pool made it a bit noisy and not very private, otherwise our stay was satisfactory.

Great little mountain getaway

The room was great and within walking distance to the gondola. We took a short ski gateway and this was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue we had during our stay was the elevator to/from the garage was malfunctioning for a portion of our stay.

Cozy condo close to slopes

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. A few things to note, it is directly next to the pool and hot tub, mostly a plus, but had to keep the blinds closed for privacy and it could be loud in the evenings when groups gathered outside. The couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. It is so old and sunken it. It was really a bummer. There is nowhere to store dry food. Bring your own coffee filters. I did appreciate the humidifiers, plentiful towels, great fireplace, and kitchen supplies.

Nice location and clean.

It was clean and good location. Would suggest getting a different mattress for the master it was quite uncomfortable. My wife and I ran 2 heaters to keep the room comfortable the thermostat never moved off 65 after giving the room time to warm up. It was appreciated that they had humidifiers and heaters available. We ended up leaving a day early couldn't take another night of not being able to sleep and being cold.

Cozy and comfortable!

Very nice property, comfortable and cozy. Super communication throughout rental process. Great views and convenient access to workout room and hot tub, plenty warm! Underground parking is very nice! Couple small problems that would be easy fixes: master bed way too hard, couch in living room is also too uncomfortable for sitting. Lights over dining room need a dimmer switch, too little light as it exists currently.

Keystone condo was great

Great condo with great view of the slopes. It was right next to the pool and hot tub, but they closed at 8 PM so it wasn’t noisy at night. A little dated, but very functional and clean. Both beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows and linens were very nice. Dishwasher didn’t work, but they said they will fix it. Humidifier didn’t work but they brought us a new one soon as we told them. Overall great!

Summit mountain

Summit Mountain County retreats is hard to work with. My entire family went up and rented three different condos didn’t get into any of them till after five ,this is 2nd year this kind of thing is happened to me. They’ll definitely be my second choice looking for a condo in Summit County

not Impressed

Was not impressed with how complicated it was to use the grill or pool area. It also took us 3 hours to get our keys due to not being cleaned. Was ask to go have a few alcoholic drinks and then to come back. We do not drink and we have kids. Very nerve racking with you have 2 kids that have been in a car for 13 hours and then have to wait an extra 3 hours for the room to get ready. Will not be back.

Disaster start, perfect ending.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, updated unit with perfect location. Our stay started with the problems with the keys and the elevator. But Summit County Mountain Retreats team did their best right away and saved the day. The rest of the stay was just perfect. Highly recomended.

Nice get away!

This was a perfect size and location for our late summer visit. The bed was comfy and the size of the apartment was perfect for the two of us. While there was accommodations for four adults, it would be tight. If you are there for skiing, the gondola is about 100 yards away.
