Welcome to your mountain getaway! This multilevel 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. Nestled in a quiet corner of Settlers Creek, this unit offers the perfect blend of peace and tranquility, while being less than 1 mile away from the Keystone gondola and 6 miles from Arapahoe Basin. The free ski shuttle stop is just a few minutes' walk from the unit, along Independence Road.

With two king beds, a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk, a separate twin, and a queen sleeper sofa, everyone will have a cozy place to unwind. Each bedroom features brand-new comfortable carpet and is part of the Ivory White Bedding program, ensuring fresh, high-quality linens for every guest. Plus, USB phone chargers on each nightstand add extra convenience for charging your devices.

The main level is bright and welcoming, with large windows that bring in tons of natural light and showcase beautiful mountain views. Brand new luxury vinyl flooring in the common areas adds both style and comfort underfoot. Relax in the living room with a movie on the brand-new 50" Smart TV, or curl up by the gas fireplace after a day of adventure.
