1 Bedroom Villa with private screened in porch and short walk to the beach!

Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! There is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to accommodate 2 other guests for a max occupancy of 4 guests. This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital Secuity doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

The check in was easy. The unit was clean and in a quiet convenient location. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. As a suggestion, It would have been nice to have coffee pods provided as well as detergent for washing clothes. Would definitely stay in again.

The villa was quite nicely cleaned and decorated! The owner was attentive during our stay and was available to help us get the tv streaming cable. I truly appreciated her prompt responsiveness. Conveniently located adjacent to the tennis courts and walkable to the beach, I would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was full of bugs (winged ant looking bugs concentrated all over bathroom and bedroom including on bedding) upon our arrival. We had to vacate and seek another place to stay which resulted in a huge additional expense. We submitted photos and requested a full refund and owner has not done the right thing to issue us a refund. Photos have been submitted to owner and VRBO and we are very upset to have only been refunded the cleaning fee so far. We cannot imagine that anyone would be ok sleeping with these bugs or expect us to sleep with these bugs. We think the owner and VRBO should make this right and refund our money. We have tried to resolve with owner and wish owner had worked with us to make this right by issuing a full refund since we had to find new accommodations day of arrival arrival.

Amazing Stay!

My child and I had an incredible getaway to this property! It was clean, comfortable, and delightful from start to finish! The beach is a short and beautiful walk away and we appreciate the use of the wagon to tote our beach chairs and supplies! A beautiful stay - we would definitely return!

Great short trip

My wife and I stayed at this property for one night before starting a longer vacation. As a result, timeliness and convenience were very important to us. The check-in and check-out process and communication from the host were seamless and the property itself is nice and well maintained.

The Perfect Getaway!

Jacki’s place felt like home the second we walked in. It was so cozy and clean. We loved the screened in porch for playing games and reading among the trees. The short walk to the beach was perfect and took full advantage of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon she left for us. The living area was so comfy for watching movies and relaxing after a day in the sun. It was also a short bike ride from The Nest where we had a lot of our meals. So delicious! Its central location was perfect for everything Kiawah had to offer. The island in general was beyond beautiful, clean and full of amazing nature. Zero complaints!

Fun location

Beautiful and restful stay!

Jacki was quick to respond to us, and the place was so beautiful and clean! We had everything we needed for a day on the beach or just a quiet afternoon on the screened in porch. We had such a wonderful time---will definitely be back.
