Kiawah Exclusives | 4108 Night Heron Cottage

4108 Night Heron is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kiawah Island cottage bordering Night Heron Park and a short 8 minute walk or bike ride to the beach.

The open plan living area features plenty of comfy seating for all your guests with a flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining table for family meals and access to the tranquil furnished sunroom with a TV adding a second living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with new stainless appliances and a sunny breakfast table. The sunroom opens to an outdoor deck for alfresco dining with woodland views.

This woodland Night Heron Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and a renovated ensuite bath with a walk-in glass shower. There is a furnished open deck directly off the master for morning coffee. On the other side of the cottage, a queen guest bedroom and another guest bedroom with 2 twins share a full bath with a shower and tub combination.

The cottage has an outdoor shower and Tesla destination charger available for use. There is a gas grill under the cottage (please do not attempt to bring the grill up to deck level).

These popular Kiawah rentals by owner are nestled in a grove of oaks adjacent to Kiawah Island’s Night Heron Park in East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 16 to 18.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: Pull under parking and Tesla Charger available for guest use! There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Lovely cottage in a good location

We stayed for a long weekend with our family of four. The house in Kiawah is way above the average cottage you stay in at Kiawah. The place has been remodeled with a very nice kitchen and living areas! We can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful Renovated Cottage close to the beach!

This is the nicest Night Heron Cottage we have stayed at. The renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous! We cooked most nights and the kitchen is well stocked. Liked that they turned the back screened porch into an extra den. Definitely will stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this house! Great location, short walk to the beach, very close to the Nest Market. The house has an open floor plan which worked great for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Check in & out was very easy. Would love to stay here again!!

Kiawah Stay March 2023

The property itself was perfect for our family of 5. It was close to the beach and the basketball court that my boys enjoyed. The island itself is beautiful and biking around was great. The main complaints I had was that the cleaning company showed up at 4pm to clean the house and that was our check in time. I contacted Kiawah Exclusives about some sort of compensation for this and no one ever got back to me. I also wish there were blinds on the bathroom windows.
