Includes central A/C in all rooms of the condo, remodeled master shower, full kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking and serving, full-sized washer & dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, water toys, boogie boards, towels, cooler, NO Snorkel gear due to Covid 19), high-speed WiFi, Premuim cable on 47" & 32" TVs, bedroom ceiling fans, plus floor fan. Bonus items are Pack n' Play crib, Child-size blow-up beds with electric inflator. On site swimming pool and hot tub currently being renovated expected completion date is December 11, 2023.
