The property is directly across the street from the world class, white sandy beach of Kamaole Beach Park II where you can enjoy sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, standup paddle board, BBQs, whale or turtle watching, beach walks, and gorgeous sunsets.

Fully equipped with an updated kitchen, bright living space this unit is great for relaxing and unwinding. The lanai provides a private experience while sipping on your morning cup of java, taking in the views of a stunning sunrise or enjoying a purple-orange sunset with your favorite island beverage.
Take a rest on the king bed after a long day of exploring or unleash your inner chef and prepare a favorite island dish in your fully supplies kitchen. The living room offers a spacious beachy vibe with a queen size pull out couch.

This is a great room and the ac was the best I’ve had in kihei! Management was fantastic the only improvement I could recommend is coffee filters and maybe a mattress topper or new mattress on hide a bed, it was not very comfortable and was noisy, but besides that it was really great.

Kihei Condo Steps from a great beach

Location Location Location! Steps from Kam II beach and a few restaurant options, this is a great location. Management was very responsive and helpful, resolving minor issues quickly and even providing advice/suggestions about the area. Kihei is great, although keep in mind it is about a 30-45+ drive to any of the other areas on the island you may want to visit (unless visiting Wailea). Unfortunately for families with children, this condo complex is geared more towards retirees with many rules restricting activities and encouraging quiet on the property. Normally not a big deal to comply with, however there were several days during our stay when ocean conditions were not safe so we were unable to use the pool and grassy areas on property as a backup activity plan. Luckily Maui has many options to keep kiddos occupied but I wish the listing would have been more clear about the on property restrictions that could impact families traveling with small children.

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location

This property was clean and comfortable and a short walk from the beach. The kitchen was large, and we loved the first floor porch that looked onto the greenscape beyond. It also had amenities for the beach, as well as a super cute and inviting atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting and would recommend it to anyone looking in the area. It's so worth it for such a great price!
