Hale Kamaole 174 Ground floor condo, easy access to best beach on Maui!

This Fabulous, Maui Vacation Rental unit #174, has it all. The owners of this condo also owns unit 176, both of which have been completely remodeled from top to bottom recently. Occupancy of these units is limited to only 2 adults. Ocean & garden views from the well outfitted Lanai. Completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2017. Bedroom features New King bed, 2-night stands and standing 4 drawer dressers. Bedroom have had new wood closets installed and they are well organized with plenty of room for storage. Full kitchen has been upgraded with top of the line appliance and new cabinets, topped with granite counter tops. All new dishes pots and pans, silverware, etc., etc. This Maui Kihei Rental is simply Elegant & Modern. Living room and dining room area is very spacious. Artwork very tasteful. Most exciting is this unit is it equipped with a state-of-the-art split AC unit in the living room. Stay cool and comfortable in your home away from home. From the Beach towels to bedding top notch. Your place is Perfect! The sunsets are so beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck and seeing such a beautiful view of the ocean. We will be back!

Nice unit!

Our refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly and the freezer was not making ice. The maintenance department was responsive to the call, but the issue was not fixed during our stay.

Perfect location, nicely decorated

We had a great week! The location was perfect. Right across from the beach, right by the pool and walking distance to coffee and many restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean every morning. The house is decorated nicely, had great hot water and the bed was comfy.

Amazing Condo!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO. It was in a perfect location, the condo was clean and decorated wonderfully, the AC worked really well. I loved waking up and hanging out on the front porch. The beach chairs, umbrella, and other gear was a bonus. The condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was like our second home for a few days. We were debating between this place and another one and are so glad we ended up head instead. Would love to come back and stay here again! Mahalo!

Definitely stay there again

Got married on Makena Beach and stayed here for 6 days-absolutely perfect location in Kihei (just across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the shops and food places). All our friends were staying in condos either in the same complex or very close by, and our condo was by far the BEST and MOST UPGRADED unit out of all of them! Every person that came over commented on how nice the place was and if/when we return to Maui, we will definitely hope to stay here again. Thank you!
