Kamaole Beach Royale #411 is a a bright spacious unit in a convenient location. There are ocean views from nearby Kamaole Beach 1 that you can see while seated on your lanai. There are sunshades on the lanai to provide the optimum level of comfort. There are two bedrooms and two baths, AC in the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have undergone beautiful renovations and are equipped with updated showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room provides a sofa sleeper and a television in case you want to catch up on your favorite show while on vacation. Kamaole Beach Royale #411 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels for your outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! Unit sleeps up to 6 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Very nice

We love this location and this is a very nice unit in it. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that the beach chairs were all broken. The manager was very nice and attentive about replacing them but we shouldn’t have had to deal with that at all. Also, the supplies are not ample for the length of the stay. 4 dishwasher pods for 9 nights?? For what we are paying that sticks me as cheap. Other than that I would recommend

Awesome Location, Gorgeous View, Great Managers

We loved the wonderful location and view, right across from the beach. It was a joy to be able to cross the street to go for our daily runs by the water, or to swim. So close to seeing sea turtles, delicious food, shops -- in the middle of it all! The trade winds kept the apartment cool and balmy in December. Finally, great communication from the property manager -- so appreciate that, especially over the holidays!

We liked the condo but the south bathroom had almost zero hot water flow and the ice maker didn’t work. The girl in the office and the property manager were very unfriendly. We only asked two questions and they seemed perturbed and annoyed. No welcoming vibes like they could care less! And I rented 3 rooms!

Clean, quiet condo close to the beach

A peaceful place with a large balcony overlooking Kamaole Beach, all the appliances were clean and in working order, plenty of water pressure in the showers, no musty beach carpet smell. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the manager promptly replaced a damaged beach chair for us. Parking spots are a bit tight for larger vehicles but convenient, and plenty of places to walk to for dining, water sport equipment rentals, and groceries. All in all a pleasant place to stay!

Great place to stay. We loved the location, within walking distance to beaches, food, and shops. There were only two issues; first some of the utensils had food on them that we had to wash before using. Second, the one AC in the living room was inadequate to cool the entire condo. It was really warm at night in the back bedrooms, even using the box fan. The AC unit also made the lanai hot and noisy. Other than that, there were no issues. Check in was easy as well.

Didn’t realize no central a/c; saddened that guests probably leave food out so the roaches are perm residents along with the antsđŸ˜©â˜č Location is fantastic, bathroom remodels are great and we did not use but appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc were provided for guests’ use!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is a great location across from the beach and close to shops and food. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but we were frustrated by the patio door. It did not open or close easily and if we didn't have two strong males with us, we could have easily gotten stuck on the balcony. The management did respond quickly and improved it a little, but it was still difficult to slide open and closed. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available, as there were not a lot of bath or beach towels available, so we had to keep washing the ones we used. We didn't cook while we were there, but we did cut up a watermelon and a pineapple. A sharper knife would have been helpful. It was also nice to have a coffee pot and filters, but no scoop was available. Overall, we really enjoyed our time on Maui. There were just a couple of things that would have improved our stay.

Royale Stay at Kamaole Beach

Kamaole Beach Royale was a wonderful place to stay for our Maui trip. It was a beautiful apartment with ample space for our group and easy access to the beach. It was very easy to check-in and our overall experience was good except for the following issues that we faced. 1. The address on the listing leads to another Kamaole property and it took us half an hour to realize that this property was behind the separation wall and we had to drive 0.4 miles to reach the property entrance. 2. We checked-in in the night. The apartment lock was not intuitive to open and no instructions were provided to us. We contacted the emergency contact number but no one picked up. It was only in the morning that we received a text asking if we needed any help. Luckily, we were able to open the lock after some tries otherwise we would have been stuck outside. The contact number was not at all an emergency number. 3. We were only allotted one parking lot even though we booked the apartment for 6 people. There were no instructions shared to request additional parking slots if that was possible. It caused us a lot of trouble to find vacant parking lots around the apartment. We had to park the remaining vehicles 0.4 miles away. We parked all of our cars in the apartment on the first night and were asked to only keep one car but the way we were asked to do so felt a bit rude.

Great place, great location!

Wonderful condo to enjoy your stay in Maui! The location is in the busy heart of Kihei where the beaches are across the street and all the amenities are a short walk away. Condo was presented as described with a wonderful view! Would stay here again!

Worked well for our family of three adults. The 2 bathrooms made getting ready very convenient. Only the living room has a/c. The 2 bedrooms on the eastside of the unit get very warm in the morning. Closing the shutters helped block some of the morning sun. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels were available to use. The beach is a short walk away.

Lovely

We loved watching the whales while sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning. The beach is only about a short block away. The room had beach chairs and snorkel equipment plus towels so it made it easy to enjoy our time down there! We swam with many colorful fish and sea turtles right on the beach to the left of the hotel. It was a little further away, but you could still walk to it. That beach was recommended to us by a lifeguard for snorkeling. The room was perfect for two couples. We each had our own room and bathroom to get ready in. The kitchen seemed well stocked with all sorts of gadgets. My favorite was the “Tupperware” so we could easily store leftovers and cut up fruit for road trips. We all commented that we would stay here again! Thanks for the lovely memories.

This place was great for our family of three (two adults and a teen). It is as described, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. The kitchen is a good size and equipped with everything you need. There is a view of the ocean from the lanai and you are walking distance to everything you need. There is a bbq upstairs however it’s use is limited between certain hours. If you enjoy grilled sausage for breakfast and are an early riser we were told we can’t grill until 11 am. The other thing is that it is a noisy property, sitting out on the lanai in the morning and trying to enjoy the beauty of the area the landscapers were out with their leaf blowers. It also sounded like there was construction going on in the unit above. Otherwise a great unit and property!

As advertised! Clean condo with great view. Great location with the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants and an ABC store only a few minutes walk away. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, a boogie board, and other beach toys. Easy access to anywhere in Maui. Would stay here again!

Best location and View

This condo literally was the best location. Walk to pretty much anything. Very close to natural food market, beach, eateries, etc. The view was also amazing. Didn't expect such a great view for not being directly on the beach. Thank you, we had a blast!
