Enjoy 180 views from the 3rd-floor living room and a private lanai with table and chairs where you can relax and listen to the waves crash on the shore. In the winter months, you can see the whales playing in the ocean and throughout the year you can watch the boats sail by and enjoy the vibrant colors in the sky as the Maui Sunsets each day.

The condo features cable TV, CD player, high-speed internet available and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an extra sofa bed with a queen size mattress in the living room. This unit also offers beach towels, snorkel sets, beach balls, etc.

Cooling features: (1) Window AC unit in living room + Ceiling fans.

The location of the resort is IDEAL. Situated across from Kamaole Beach No. 1 (one of the three most beautiful Kamaole Beaches in the area), and it offers approximately 3/4 mile of sandy beach. The resort is centrally located in South Kihei and is just minutes away from fine restaurants, shopping malls, windsurfing spots, scuba diving, snorkeling, golf courses and tennis courts.

There a number of things to do right here on the property. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool surrounded by a lush, tropical garden. Bask in the sun or play a friendly game of shuffleboard. Visit our roof garden which is a great place for sunbathing or the perfect gathering place to meet friends. With sweeping ocean views, it's a favorite spot for whale watching! And, if business is on the agenda, please inquire about availability of the Aloha Room (Conference Room) for meetings. This room is also available to our guests for just relaxing or reading a good book. Also, our guests can reserve the Aloha Room family functions. Inquire for availability and terms.

Close to beach and restaurants (and morning bakery right across the street!) Great view with spacious lanai. Well appointed and very quiet. We've been coming to the Islands for 53 years and we would definitely rent 305 again.

Carefree getaway!

Our condo, 305, was wonderful! I felt at "home" but better. The strip mall across the street on one side, the beautiful ocean on the other, who could ask for more? Loved our private Lani and the ocean view. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would definitely come back to this condo, thank you!

Great location.

Less than a block from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and kitchen was well stocked. The unit was nicely furnished. We had a little trouble getting the TV to work, but one email to property manager brought someone to show us how to operate it. It was nice to have a good starter supply of paper products and there re beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay at this property again.
