Bedroom: King-size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV with cable, USB chargers on nightstands, and closet storage.

Bathroom: Beautifully remodeled with a custom walk-in shower, single-sink vanity, and modern fixtures.

Living Area: Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar (2 stools), dining table, Smart TV with cable, queen sofa sleeper with linens, window A/C system, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating. In-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.

Lanai: Private garden-view lanai with bistro table and chairs. Includes beach gear for your use — chairs, umbrella, and small cooler (no snorkel gear). Please rinse off sand before returning items to the unit.

• Kihei Akahi charges a $35 resort fee that we collect for the resort when booking.

• $100 Damage Insurance Fee covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage (accidents happen and we have you covered)



IMPORTANT NOTES

OCCUPANCY: At the request of the owner this unit can only accommodate two people. 

ZONING: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.


PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.


HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.


DISTURBANCES: We make no guarantee that surrounding properties will be free from disturbances such as construction, traffic, or other guests. These do not constitute a breach of this rental or any refund entitlement.
