Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Perfection in Maui

I simply cannot say enough good things about this property. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. The owners have truly done an outstanding job decorating the home, keeping it clean, keeping it well stocked, and maintaining it. This is much appreciated from a couple who travels and has stayed in many VRBO's before. This is by far the best. While sitting on the beach during our stay we loved it so much, we booked our stay for next year. The kitchen is so well stocked you do not need to bring ANYTHING. Stop at the grocery store and you are all set. They also provided a wagon for transporting items to the beach, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and so much more. We took one of the umbrellas to the beach during our stay and the wind suddenly picked up and broke the umbrella. Right away we messaged to apologize and asked where we could get another to replace it. The management company that handles the property is outstanding. Communication with them was fast and reliable. Our dream is to one day own a condo in Maui. If that dream comes true, we will be modeling our condo after this one and contacting this management company. Everything was absolute perfection. Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay.

This apartment was exactly as described. It was very comfortable, a home away from home. I can find nothing to criticise. The letting agents were very responsive when I had a small issue. I would certainly stay there again.

Fold out bed is a great size and was comfortable-no complaining all week! Bonus that there is AC in both the bedroom and the living room too. Condo was very well equipped. Phenomenal grounds. Super happy with our stay.

the property was great, with some minor things that weren’t so great. the bed had sand in it, the back door was stuck and wouldn’t open, and there were bugs everywhere on the floor on the kitchen and living room. other than those things, the property was nice and everything around in the area was easily accessible to walk to.

Great, relaxing vacation

We found the condo to be very clean and there was lots of extra bath towels, sheets etc. Beautiful location between the pool and the ocean. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture, bed and temperature in condo maintained with air conditioning and ceiling fans. We've stayed at Kamaole Sands before but this condo was so far the best we've stayed at. Really enjoyed ourselves and the beach (Kamaole #3) is just across the street.

Home away from home

Loved the fact that it was very clean and had literally every we needed didn’t have to even buy laundry soap and the location was perfect for either going to the beach or the pool! The grounds are meticulously kept and gorgeous 😀

Perfect Location especially with Kids

We stayed on this ground floor location in July and it was absolutely perfect. We have a 2.5 year old and she moved to run on the lawn and chase the birds. The view was great. The beach is across the street so we would go back and forth to the beach several times a day. The pools weren’t too busy and the kids pool was always quiet so our daughter loved spending hours in there. The unit was clean for the most part but the floor was dirty when we arrived and we let the owner know and he sent someone to clean it right away. It was just dirtier than usual because of the fires in Kihei. Other than that, the unit was well equipped and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely come back and even come back with our family and friends.

Wonderful stay

The unit was lovely, it was spacious, clean and well appointed. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the large ground floor lanai offers a great view of the property including a nice view of the ocean. Excellent proximity to the beach, pool and parking. Enjoyed using the provided beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Thanks so much!
