Palms at Wailea #1101 is an ocean view ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed wireless, and is fully air conditioned. It can sleep up to 6 people.
The ocean views from Palms at Wailea #1101 are magnificent. Enjoy outside dining from a large lanai. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Cable TV/DVD players and for those who like to stay in touch while on vacation there is complimentary high speed internet service. The condo is air conditioned in both the living room and master bedroom as well as ceiling fans throughout. Although bedroom 2 has no a/c, it does receive a good amount of cool air from the living room. It has a king bed in the bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom It can sleep up to 6. There are a few steps leading up to this ground floor unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

Truly better than expected. Great kitchen, comfortable seating, plenty of room all around for my husband, my adult nephew and myself! View great, only a very short walk to the wonderful pool and not that much longer to the beach.

Best view on the property

We have stayed at the Palms on many occasions. This condo had the best view of all. The sunsets were amazing. The condo itself can use some updating. The flooring was in need of replacing. We also bought a Teflon frying pan so we could cook breakfast, of which we brought home with us. There were a couple issues and the property management company was quick to respond. The lights over the dining table didn't work and we were told, because the table weighs too much to move, they couldn't replace the bulbs,

Great but won’t be back

We had a great stay at Palms at Wailea. The accommodation was not what you would expect for that resort. We had to buy a cleaner to clean off the railings that were dirty and sticky. We bought a barbeque brush and cleaned the deck before we could use it. The hangers in the master suite were child hangers so we had to go buy hangers to hang our clothes and move things as well before we could hang anything. The carpets were dirty as well. The resort does not have any printing facilities for boarding passes or Covid results and was not at all helpful in letting us know where we could get that done. It appeared it was the first time he had ever been asked such a question and really could not have cared less.Overlooking all That of course it is a wonderful location and accommodation it’s our third time staying at the Palms and we would Definitely stay there again if the room rates had not been raised to such a ridiculous price.

Great pool, lovely grounds. Fabulous sunset views from a HUGE lanai. However the inside of the condo is tired…beds are uncomfortable carpets terribly stained, even floor tiles looked dirty and marred. Many of the lights were burned out as well.

Excellent accommodation. Well equipped. Amazing patio and ocean view. Very comfortable with lots of space to unwind. Appreciated the beach chairs and water toys. Hope to return.
