View of Pool, Ground Floor Condo, close to beach with AC in living room. Easy walk to some of Mauis BEST beaches. The pool area is located right out side our unit. Kitchen is stocked and has a gas stove and all the things you need to make Just about any meal. Cozy King size bed and great linens for a good night sleep or to relax and watch tv. EASY walk to snorkeling, boogie boarding or a walk on the beach to watch the sunset, turtles swim and the whales jump.(seriously I've seen it!) Some of the best beaches for snorkeling or boogey boarding are at Charley Young and Kamaole 1. The Surf Cove is good for beginner surfing or paddle boarding and its just a short walk Away! Secure Free WiFi and cable for those of you that have to do some work while on vacation, or if you the need to stay connected! Free parking right out side the unit. The Palm foliage and pool view by the lanai adds to that tropical feel with filtered light, oh so Hawaii.. There's so much more than that to offer, I highly suggest coming to Maui and staying at this fabulous one bedroom condo, find out for yourself how great it is to stay here! AC in living room and fans where needed.

Awesome place!

Karen’s condo is just perfect! Beautiful place, we felt like home. The property is ideally located 5min walk from the beach Charley Young (Kam I), ideal for families. It was a turtle highway, with a turtle passing by every 15min. Karen provides a lot of swimming/sea stuff, such as chairs, snorkeling equipment, umbrella... Easy access for shopping and grocery stores. Communication with Karen has been perfect too. She is very responsive and thoughtful. Thank you for the amazing honeymoon. If we ever come back to Maui, 500% sure we’ll come back to your place. Thank you again

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this home! It was well kept, had all the essentials, and even offered beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. A 5 min walk to the beach made for some great sunset watching. And the neighboring stores and restaurants were a great bonus. Would recommend staying at this location, the host was easy to communicate with and offered some great recommendations too for the area!

The condo is stocked with everything you need to make the place feel like home. Location is perfect with so many beautiful beaches and restaurants/shops nearby to walk to and enjoy. The pool is just steps from the back door. The complex is very well maintained and kept very clean. Great location that is quiet and private

I would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Karen and Ivanka were extremely nice and very helpful! I had an easy time getting around Kihei with how close this property was to everything and beautiful place to come back to after exploring.

We had a lovely stay and would book this place again. The location was great, the place was clean and stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and the grounds keepers were really pleasant. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly and clearly.

Perfect for a girls trip to Maui

My friends and I stayed at Karen and Andrew’s place for a girls trip to Maui, and we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Recently renovated, beautifully appointed ground floor condominium on a quiet back street a short walking distance from beautiful beaches and multiple dining options. Pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. We enjoyed every minute.

Best location, sweetest home!

My husband and I enjoyed this little home for 5 wonderful days. The location cannot be beat—it’s in such a great spot, with amazing eateries in both directions. Only 30 min drive to the start of Road to Hana, and a beautiful scenic drive to the west. The apartment had everything we needed and more!! Appreciated to the beach gear so much. Mahalo and Aloha!

Das Apartment war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ich habe mich den ganzen Aufenthalt ĂŒber sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann Kihei zu Fuß erkundigen und hat einen kurzen Weg zum Strand Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich werde wiederkommen, nicht nur wegen der schönen Insel, sondern auch wegen der wunderbaren Unterkunft. Nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Wonderful place to stay in Maui & very well equipped

Our stay was fantastic! The spot is amazing and very close to the beach & way more charming than Kaanapali beach which is more of a resort commercial place. The appartment was so well equipped we didn’t have to purchase anything. The only minor problem had was the door which was very stubborn. We got very lucky that Ivanka was there to help us when we arrived because we didn’t have cellphone service and if she wouldn’t have been present we may have to had to sleep in the car but other than that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time in Maui!

El apartamento estå bien ubicado y es muy acogedor. Cuenta con muchos detalles pråcticos que hemos agradecido en nuestra estancia, desde todo lo necesario para ir a la playa (equipo de snorkel, sombrillas, sillas, toallas, crema de sol, etc), hasta detalles como café y filtros o aceite en la cocina. ¥Si volvieramos a Maui repetiríamos este alojamiento!

Wonderful Condo in Paradise

This condo has all the cooking needs you need, close to the beaches, very clean. We loved the back porch to sit every morning and evening, the pool is very refreshing so close to the condo. We loved that laundry was just across the hall and cheap and she even has laundry pods! I found anything we forgot like sunscreen, laundry soap, even coffee they had available. Those little touches mean so much! All the beach add one you can use such as cooled, boogie boards, snorkel and fins, and beach chairs added so much to our vacation! We bought at Costco on the first day and cooked most breakfasts and made coffee and packed lunches to save money. Having the kitchen is a game changer! Only thing was frustrating was the front key pad was very finicky and didn’t want to work probably locking or unlocking a lot of the time but maybe it just needs a new battery. Property manger was so good at getting back to us right away and staying in contact. Highly recommend this condo!
