Located In beautiful Kihei, Maui, Our home is a fully furnished 1000 sq ft, 2-bedroom condo that offers the ultimate location for a tropical retreat and exploration of Maui.
Situated steps from Sugar Beach and just a 20-minute drive from the stunning Wailea Beach, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty Sugar beach and the West Maui Mountains. Take a daily walk on the beach, up to 7 miles if you like, before you start your day exploring all that Maui has to offer.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with cook ware, appliances and all that is needed for up to 6 guests. Use the beach gear including enough chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards for the whole family.
The condo is decorated in a modern look and provides all the amenities of home. It has two bedrooms, one bath, hallway sink space, a spacious living room, dining area and ground floor lanai. It can sleep 6, each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Unwind in the inviting pool or relax in the soothing hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the free WiFi, or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. Refresh your wardrobe with the in-unit washer and dryer or after a long day, retreat to the comfortable living room. Curl up with a good book from the selection provided, or challenge the family to a game night. Great communication, lock was broken but owner was able to help us. They fixed the lock why we were there. We loved all the boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and just steps to a beautiful beach to watch the sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty of room and it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Retreat in Maui

Comfortable stay at Lori & Greg’s property. Great location steps from beach. We had a rental vehicle so was easy to get to other beaches and groceries. There is a bus stop near buy. The hot tub/jacuzzi is no longer there but minor. Great communication from hosts, condo community very welcoming both other visitors and long term residents.property grounds cared for. Would definitely rebook if coming back to area.

Great condo for a family of 4

The property was clean, simple, nice -but not so much that I was afraid my kids were going to mess it up. An easy walk to the beach and great sushi right next door. The location is close enough to the kiehi strip to be convenient but far enough away to avoid traffic.my only complaint was that the hot tub was filled in/ clearly a while ago-disappointed the pictures still showed this feature. ttraffic

Overall Great Stay!!

The location of this property couldn’t be better! Access to the beach was incredibly convenient. Staff and neighbors were all very friendly. The hot tub was under construction and that detail had been left out of the listing. After brining that and a few other snags to Lori’s attention she immediately offered to rectify the situation, insuring we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommended this property!

vacances magiques!

L'appartement Ă©tait parfait pour notre usage. TrĂšs bien situĂ©, juste en face de la plage et surtout proche d'un arrĂȘt d'autobus, ce qui nous a permis de nous dĂ©placer exclusivement en bus de ville lors de notre sĂ©jour. La rĂ©sidence Ă©tait trĂšs bien entretenue, trĂšs calme. Nous avons trĂšs bien dormi. Et l'appartement avait tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. Served it’s purpose

Now that I am home and have settled in a little, I want to sit down and give you an honest review. Booked in January and It was listed as a 3 bedroom, but that was counting the pull out couch in the living room. We have been coming to Maui for 8 years. The place itself was nice. Good location right across the beach, the unit was ok (especially if you don't mind loads of tacky home decor). The location in N Kihei allowed us to easily travel to other parts of the island and really appreciate that there were beach towels, chairs, and more. The condo is a bit outdated and in need of updates and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Then another surprise - the AC had large restrictions. Imagine how hot it gets after a 90F degree day. No AC units in the bedrooms, so we were left with just one AC in the living room for 7 nights. The condo did not have any trash bags for us. We did have to buy extra garbage bags and broom. ï»żï»żï»żHouse Rules posted on the fridge were off-putting, particularly the potential extra charges for power usage. We adhered to the house rules, including running the washer and dishwasher before checking out, but these additional charges and housekeeping duties were unexpected (we paid a cleaning fee, stay tax and host fee when booking.) Definitely over priced. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but we are not likely to return.

Needs improvement

Our stay was nice overall, but my family and I have some suggestions for improvement: 1. *House Supplies*: With three people staying for nine nights, we found the initial supplies (one paper towel roll, three toilet paper rolls, three trash bags, a small tube of shower gel) insufficient. We ran out after a few days and had to purchase our own. 2. *Cleanliness*: One set of bed sheets seemed unwashed, and we encountered bugs in the kitchen cabinets and kitchen floor (food was stored properly), as well as in the bathroom . We understand bugs are common on the island, but this was excessive for indoors. 3. *Appliances*: One of the toasters didn't work, though we found a backup in a lower cabinet, which helped. 4. *House Rules*: The rules posted on the fridge were off-putting, particularly the potential extra charges for power usage. We adhered to the house rules, including running the washer and dishwasher before checking out, but these additional charges and housekeeping duties were unexpected (we paid a cleaning fee, stay tax and host fee when booking). We have contacted the owner in a private message upon check out to address the issues. While we appreciated the response to our concerns, we felt that the explanations provided were more excuses than solutions, and responsibility for the issues wasn't fully acknowledged. While these issues didn't majorly impact our stay, addressing them could enhance the experience for future guests.
