We are fellow hosts and this was our favorite property we have stayed at in our multiple trips to hawaii. This neighborhood is highly sought after and the pool behind Ulua beach is stunning. You are sandwiched between 1000/night hotels yet get a local community experience. World class golf is 3 min down the road and you can walk to a plethora of bars and restaurants next door with the shops of wailea. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, beach supplies and cold A/C to boot. Al was an incredible host and went out of our way to help us out being flexible on check in and check out. As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels on the island; skip them and stay here if you want a quiet, comfortable, elevated stay.

We loved this condo! The view is spectacular and we spent every morning and evening on the lanai. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We loved having easy walking access to Ulua Beach, the Shops at Wailea, and the beach pathway which was nice when we wanted to check out the nearby resorts and their restaurants. He even helped coordinate our baby rental service so the crib was fully set up when we arrived, which was such a gift after a long travel day.The condo itself was absolutely perfect: spotless, comfortable, beautifully updated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week in Maui.
