Breathtaking ocean views greet you at the door, set off by stunning mahogany tile flooring and a wave of thoughtful updates — new area rug, coffee table, side tables, lamps, kitchen table, and a Roku TV in the bedroom. Slide open the door to your private oceanfront balcony, where a pub table and chairs wait for morning coffee from the Keurig while the sunrise does its thing over the Atlantic.

A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds space for an extra guest or two, and an in-unit washer and dryer plus free Wi-Fi cover the practical side. The beach is an easy stroll, the fitness room is close by, and the community pool runs seasonally (tentatively May 23 through October 11 for 2026). Elevator access is available (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).
