The Starboard saves its best show for after dark. From your private hot tub on the top-floor balcony, there's nothing between you and the night sky — soak away the beach day while the stars come out over the dunes and the ocean rolls in below. By day, the north-facing perch delivers superb coastline views; by night, it's the best seat in the building.
Top-Floor Space That Lives Large
Vaulted ceilings give this 1-bedroom a sense of space most condos twice its size can't match, with plush carpeting throughout and a new 55" curved UHD Smart TV in the living area. The king bedroom (with its own large TV) is your retreat, and a queen sleeper sofa flexes the condo up to four guests. The bath is finished with a tiled walk-in shower and granite vanity, the fully furnished kitchen includes both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, and beds are made for your arrival. Washer and dryer in the condo and free Wi-Fi included.
Elevator access takes you all the way to the top floor (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).

Great location. Clean and close to everything
Great location. Close to shops, food, and right on the beach. The hot tub on our balcony looking over the beach was a great way to start and end every day. Great friendly staff. Right in the middle of all the activities; we were no more than 30 minutes from anything: dolphin cruise, wild horse safari, Wright brothers museum, jet skis, aquarium, etc! Fantastic family vacation.

Top Floor Condo
The condo was very nice. Situated in a perfect spot, right on the ocean, close to everything. The view was not head on but still beautiful. The size was great for a family of four. Many other rental properties are just too big. The condo had all the basic necessities, we supplied the rest. It appeard quite clean however there were hidden areas that were missed; crumbs under the couch, dead bugs on the sill, dryer vent had a lot of lint (even with a note for renters to clean it). The pool, the parking, unit itself is very nice. Would definitely recommend.
