Pros: The inside of the house was clean, check in was easy, the kitchen was fully stocked. There were lots of games and a nice welcome bag with local store recommendations, soap, and a couple of trash bags to get you started before going to the grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet with a bike path that starts at the house. The house is centrally located and was 5-10 minutes from most attractions. The balcony on the back of the house was a nice place to sit with coffee most mornings. Quiet and peaceful. Cons: There are a lot of spiders. The cobwebs were on the outside of the house. There were also biting ants that bit our feet and legs preventing us from sitting outside for too long. The water behind the house was beautiful to look out at, but don’t be under the illusion that you’re very close to water. The neighbors have a pier to be in the water, but this house doesn’t have that. Something I wish we would have known prior to booking. Also, the dryer was broken. It looks like it may have been broken for a little while and we had to hang our laundry on the spidery clothes line. Overall, we really enjoyed the house with its homey touches, but we just wish the outside was as comfortable as the inside.
