Welcome to Coral Cove at Cambridge Cove by KEES Vacations!


Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom soundside condo is incredible! Great for long or short stays, Coral Cove offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all things Outer Banks!

Nestled in the middle of the vibrant colors of Cambridge Cove, Coral Cove will provide a feeling of relaxation the minute you walk in the door. On the second level, the hushed tones of the living room as well as the modern kitchen and dining area will be a crowd-pleaser. Grab a seat at the bar on one of the bar stools to chat with the chef of the group while they prepare the morning breakfast. For convenience, there is a half bathroom on this level as well. Outside the living area is a covered deck with a table and chairs to enjoy the breezy air of the Outer Banks.

The group will have to decide between one of the two King En Suites on the third level or the En Suite with two Queen Beds on the fourth level.

There's more fun to be had on the first level. Here you will find a comfortable den with sitting areas and a TV. The patio off the back of this level includes an outdoor sitting area and a gas grill. End your evening with a night in the hot tub under the peaceful sky.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Coral Cove is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $155, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Nearby area attractions include the Wright Brothers Monument, the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park and day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not permitted in the Bermuda Bay community.

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Overall nice condo. Short drive to public beach access. Spacious rooms. Lots of stairs! The garage needs some attention dirt piles just sitting. It’s a garage but could have been swept out. Most of the shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty. Two out of the four TVs would not connect to internet. Pool was nice but kinda small when peak hours came and lots of people. Still nice place to stay and enjoyed our vacation.

The overall stay was good. The only issues encountered were the universal TV remotes and watching television, also not having access to the fitness center. After communicating with keys properties several times the issue was not resolved. Signage stated that long-term gas and homeowners only have access to the fitness center.

Awesome First Visit!

This was our family's first to the Outer Banks and we could not be happier with our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. They provided us with small house necessities such as washer and dishwasher pods, olive oil, dish sponges, extra linens etc. Check in was easy and convenient. The best part for us was the location. Close to the beach and major attractions of the OBX. Definitely a must to consider when visiting. We had a great time!

This place was PERFECT!

The house is huge, clean and close to everything. It’s off of the ocean, but with the free parking lots in the area, you’re good to go. Minimal basics so make sure you bring TP, dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry soap, paper towels, etc
 Check in was effortless and we had no issues during our stay. It’s managed by a property group, so expect automated messages and not so timely responses.

OBX trip

Overall we had a nice stay in Kill Devil Hills. The townhouse we stayed in was nice and clean.There were however a ton of steps which may be hard for the elderly or anyone wheelchair bound. They did provide plenty of baby gates to block off the stairs which was nice. It was continently located to the Wrights Brothers memorial and the public beach access. They had a very nice pool on the property which was an easy walk to. I loved that the property was dog friendly.

Nice place, though a lot of stairs

The place is set up very comfortably with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. It's spread out over 4 floors, so there are a lot of steps. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing that bothered us aside from a couple of minor maintenance problems was a complete lack of perishables excepting a few coffee capsules rather stingy amount of hand and machine dish soap. We immediately had to get those things and coffee filters for the percolator etc etc. It damaged the welcoming feeling somewhat. Other homes we've been in run by owners and not a company tend to have those things plus a small bit of snacking items, a few spices maybe some milk for your first morning coffee. Don't expect any of that.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We went for a long weekend getaway with moms and daughters. Having the fourth floor room made for a perfect kids room. They had their space but weren’t too far away so we could keep an eye on them. The drive to the beach was short and we were able to find public access parking pretty easy. The kids loved the pool after a day at the beach as an easy cool down before returning to the house at night. We could walk or drive to the pool. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

Weather wasn't co-operative, but otherwise nice time with family. The condo owner(s) have a very nice place. Very thoughtfully decorated, and equipped. It is close to everything. Loved the firm mattress! There are alot of stairs, it's 3 floors after all, so future renters make sure you read the description. Would suggest having TV/Cable instructions and guide available. Slight miscommunication with property manager regarding reservations, but it was all good in the end. If we were 25 years younger we'd rent again, the stairs were really the only negative. Well and that huge bug that crawled out of the TV console.

AWESOME Christmas!

This house has EVERYTHING! Tons of room on main living level. Big kitchen with great island! Every kitchen appliance/gadget you could ever need. Nice eating area. Two king bedrooms with their own large bath. Great sitting area on the first floor. Location is perfect. We've stayed in this area during the summer also and it is close to the beach, Wright Brothers Memorial and great walking trails. We've been visiting the OBX for over 30 years and will definitely come back to this house!

Beautiful Home/ Great Location

This is the first time that I’ve stayed in Kill Devil Hills, and me and my family loved it! The home is within 10 minutes from anywhere you would want to go or see. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I would recommend bringing handsoap for the bathrooms and kitchen and an extra roll of paper towels in addition your personal toiletries and such. The property management team was very communicative and responsive. They also had a couple baby gates and a booster seat available if you have little ones that require a few extra helpful amenities, like I did; I was really excited to find these unexpected “extras”. Overall, I will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone looking a beach home away from home.

Coral Cove Stay 8/12-8/19/23

Highlights: - Access to a community pool, which is a short walk/drive from the house. Its layout & size was great for our family. It had a splash pad for kids, a lazy river (bring your own tubes) and a deeper end with a water slide. It has cabanas, tables/umbrellas, and chairs. - This location is a quick drive to the beach, Wrights Brothers Museum, grocery stores, restaurants & shops. Be Mindful: - This house has a lot of stairs and no elevator so take that into consideration if you have a variety of ages staying. - The loft bedroom on the top floor is a great size but doesn’t have a door or good TV signal. This may not be important but we had little kids staying in the room. - For access to the beach, it really isn’t walkable so plan accordingly. - Rental is managed by a company so you won’t work directly with an owner or designated person. You have to call a number & then you are prioritized based on level of importance. It took us a couple days to get a new router for Wi-Fi, and figure out how the TVs worked with 2 remotes. Since loft TV has a low signal, we were told adding an extender had been recommended to the owner. - The house was clean, but fans were dusty & require attention. Pest control is recommended for washer/dryer area. - We were informed there is a mix of owners and renters & some owners are not fond of renters. Be respectful of noise. - Pool requires checkin & attendants are pretty strict asking who we were and where we stayed.

Great Toddler Location

We stay at Coral Cove with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The kids are 3 and 5. The location of this home was fantastic; easy access to the beach and the community pool was perfect for non-beach days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
