RESERVATIONS
During the peak summer weeks the cottage is available on a nightly basis with a 5 night minimum and during the off season the cottage is available on a nightly basis with a 3 night minimum. Feel free to contact Dean at any time if you have questions about renting this cottage for your vacation.
KEY NOTES
Each year we keep making improvements to the property to give our tenants a well maintained home for their summer vacation. We've upgraded the appliances, installed new carpeting, rebuilt the deck, installed a new lawn and flower beds, built a new outdoor shower....to name a few. We are constantly upgrading and improving the cottage for all to enjoy.

1) The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, kitchenware and utensils you will ever need during your vacation.....and also has an assortment of seasonings and spices for you to use.
2) The Living Area includes comfortable seating for 7 with a 40â smart HDTV, with streaming video via Youtube TV and Netflix.
3) The Master Bedroom suite includes a queen sized bed, HDTV, and a full sized bath with tiled floor and walk-in tiled shower
4) The two hall bedrooms have a queen sized bed in one and a set of bunk beds and twin bed in the other. Both have 32" HDTV's with streaming video via YoutubeTV on each.
5) The hall bathroom is full sized with a tiled floor and tub/shower combination with tiled walls
6) The house comes with either wired or wireless internet and streaming video TV as described above.
7) The first level deck in the back of the house includes a cozy two person swing, Adirondack chairs, a custom picnic table, and an under drain system to keep the deck dry so you can have an outdoor picnic on a rainy day
8) The second level deck in the back of the house provides a view of the ocean and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing or sunbathing
9) The ground floor under the cottage provides ample room for off street parking, a second picnic table, garden hoses, gas grill and anew custom outdoor shower.
10) The tenant storage closet on the ground floor has beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys for our guests to use.

12) We provide one roll of paper towels and a clean sponge in the kitchen for each new family of guests. We also provide trash bags and dishwasher soap under the sink for all guests.
LOCATION
The walk to the beach is just 2 minutes straight out the font door to the beach. When you arrive at the beach on Martin Street you will find ample parking (if needed), public showers, a port-o-john toilet, and a life guard stand.
Within walking distance of the cottage you will find two drug stores (CVS & Walgreens), 6 restaurants (Dare Devils Pizza, The Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, 5 Guys, JKâs Steakhouse, and Fuji Steak House) and 17th street surf shop. Within a 3 minute drive you will find 3 grocery stores, "Sunsations" (for all your beach supplies), and Duck Donuts (a favorite stop of all visitors to the OBX.
