Beautiful old hotel, restored nicely. You can hear the guests above you walking around - part of the charm of an old hotel I guess!

Beautiful hotel but check in was bit bumpy. Arrived late but no staff to assist with bags and real confusion on valet options for car. Staff was friendly enough but did not seem to understand the process. Just a tick off our experiences at other fine Irish hotels. Just needs to button up their procedures a bit!

The Great Southern Killarney is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL property! The staff is OUTSTANDING ~ so friendly, so helpful, and very polite. They go above & beyond their "job descriptions" if that makes sense. LOL!
