Loved the Lake House

It's just a short walk to the lake and a short drive to Lots of fun things to do. Really the only complaints we had were that the hot tub wasn't working and there weren't enough chairs for the whole family to sit around the table. Pretty minor complaints. We'd go back again for sure

Thank you for the feedback. We will add a few more chairs for larger groups. Typically in the summer, many families use the outdoor picnic table too, but spring weather is not a guarantee lol.
Many apologies about the hottub, the technician was out and said it was a Warranty issue with the pump...it's fixed now, sorry we couldn't get that repaired on time for the visit.

It was for a 65th birthday party 12 women flew in from three different provinces . Everyone loved it
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful scenery, beautiful yard , unique , able to go for a walks to see the lake in the beach minutes away ! the girls all loved it. There was 12 ladies ages 49 to 66. We enjoyed the hot tub, the deck, the lovely sitting area above the living room in the loft area. We had snow and a little bit of bad roads when we were leaving, the Landlord was there cleaning our snow and gave me a tow with his own vehicle up to the highway and helped get some of the guests into Vernon, so we didn’t have to come back on that road. Muchly appreciated ! love the place! would come back again.

Christmas in the Mtns
Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy goal for Christmas for my family was about making memories instead of focusing on what presents we got and i think we definitely made some this year. We spent 4 nights at the lake (including Christmas Day) and it couldnt have been any more magical.
We took advantage of the hot tub, enjoyed the openness of the main floor so regardless of who was where, we were together. The view from the deck was AMAZING and the little place down the road had some pretty good pizza.
Liz was super easy to contact and she even let us know that we would be able to check in early if we wanted which was a huge perk for us.

Awesome Stay

Great home
Publié le 5 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed here with our two sons and their families. There were nine of us in total including three children under the age of three and four dogs. The house was perfect. It had three areas where each family could stay. The main floor had a fantastic king size bed with a bunk bedroom right off of it. It was perfect for the family with the three year-old in the bathroom was right there around the corner. Another family loved the basement where they were two bedrooms in the toddler could sleep in her own room. And my husband and I loved the top floor bedroom with the en suite bathroom. I found the bed and the pillows to be very comfortable and I slept well. The fire pit was fantastic and there was a wonderful amount of firewood available. We roasted hotdogs and made s’mores, which was a real hit , thank you for the lovely stay
