Hot Tubs:
Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs.

Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.

When we checked in at 4pm, the unit had not been cleaned. Management seemed to surprised. Finally got cleaned about 8-9pm.Dishwasher would malfunction frequentlyCarpet areas not vacuumedOnly one closet had a few hangers, the rest none.Coffee maker needs cleaning.No bath mats.Master bedroom door handle fell off.Lower level door wouldnt close shut.Lower level dryer didnt tumble.Soap and shampoo dispensers in showers empty.Some answers to questions in the inbox were not accurate.The foosball needs repairFront door electric lock would malfunction and may need batteriesThe lower level patio door didnt lockOn the plus side, the cleaning company was very apologetic and nice. Some of their staff had quit. The management was good about comping us for one night and the cleaning fee. The proximity to the community pool is great.

Great Condo

Condo was just as nice as the pictures showed. Plenty of room for our family of 11. Plenty of room for the kids to play on the main floor as well as the basement. Great communication with owners. Would love to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the host was incredibly responsive. We were unsure the upstairs AC was working at one point, and he had it checked out right away. The location is beautiful and you can easily drive in to Branson for attractions in 20-30 min. The resort style amenities are also great. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river!

Great Place for the WHOLE Family

We absolutely love the layout! It allowed for the older kids to hang out while the younger ones could sleep without too many distractions. The view was amazing and the whole family loved all the extras like games, hot tub, and ping-pong. Very clean and lots of space! Plenty of parking!

This property was everything the listing said it was. There was plenty of room for a family of 11 to sleep and hangout. Only suggestion would be to have enough kitchen pots/pans and utensils for cooking. We mostly stay in and cook after being in the water all day.

Lots of space

The property had tons of space to spread out plus the perfect main level to come together for meals. It was clean and beautiful. Close to the pool. The property was also very convenient to the local marina to rent a boat and a local grocery store. We would love to come stay again.

Wilderness Mountain - #50

AMAZING ... accommodations were beyond perfect for our family. Plenty of space! Having bathrooms in each bedroom and laundry room on each level of the home was a huge perk. The location was also very nice ... convenient to grocery store and more ... also minutes to Silver Dollar City and Branson shows. Will definitely book here again! It was fun to call it home for a week.
