Avoid this dilapidated lodge

Terrible the first night we were given a hut which was very poorly equipped. Avoid Purple Rain which was aptly named as the combined tiny room with toilet and shower wash basin not compartmentalised was leaking water which flowed into the other room a bedroom. The hut was very cold we slept fully clothed … water leak awful no hot water no internet. Internet did not work in the separate restaurant lodge .. chairs in Restarant were wonky canvas and food mediocre. The staff helpful and sorry for them and the manager Anthony in particular did what he could. I had correspondence with the foreign owner , Melia van Laar who defended the indefensible as we cancelled our 3 rd night as could not put up with the conditions. Refused our reasonable request for a refund for 3 night especially given the not fit for habitation first night..The artist known as Prince would be turning in his grave

Es ist ein unglaublicher Ort der Ruhe. Das Personal ist äußerst Zuvorkommend und abens wird ein leckeres Menu gekocht. Ein absolutes Verwöhnprogramm mitten in der Natur. Bewusster als an diesem Ort kann man MIT der Natur nicht Leben.
