Standard, as expected. Easy free parking, easy to get to beach and through town. Boston pizza, Tim Hortons and grocery all walkable. Clean hotel, wifi was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the none staff member seemed to have trouble keeping things stocked/replenished during the morning rush.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was so unkept. The room itself was clean but the hotel had a bad odour- the pool was disgusting. We booked for the pool which was very cloudy with a rim of dirt around the entire pool edge and chunks of hair floating in the pool. We swam (with great hesitation) but did not stay in long given this condition. It was just too gross. Day two was the same condition. We also had a clogged toilet and asked for it to be plunged. The desk handed my husband the plunger. I would expect MUCH more for the price we paid! What was advertised was not what we received. Dirty pool & overall less than clean- outside of room.

Overall it was a lovely small hotel, conveniently located. Pros: location, parking, ok breakfast that is included, rather quiet with some friendly reception workers and maids. Cons: quality and cleanliness of sheets and towels... Some towels were so worn out you could see through them and most had traces of makeup or yellow stains. We had to mostly use ours we brought with us as the hotel's sheets and linens needed a bleach bath

Terrible

The hotel is dated. They have not kept the rooms in great condition. For example, the washrooms are very dated, grime and small amounts of mold can be seen with naked eye. The carpet in the rooms has a musty smell. There are cob webs in the corners. We stayed for two nights and there were five of us. Our room wasn’t cleaned while we were away during the day on day 1 of our stay. Garbage had piled high over two days. We did not get a replishment of towels or toilet paper. I went down to speak with the GM and told him that our room wasn’t cleaned and that we needed towels ( we had dinner reservations at 7pm and I asked for the towels at 4:30 pm). He told me that some one would come to the room to deliver the towels. 30 mins passes and still no towels. I went back down and demanded the towels as we all needed to shower and depart in under two hours. The pool area was disgusting. The humidity levels in the pool area were gross and smell of chlorine was significant. It’s almost if they just threw chlorine in the pool to cover something up. The biggest issue was that the room wasn’t cleaned and our items that we needed weren’t replenished.

Check in said 4:00 I got there at 4:30 and told it would be another 10 minute wait before I could access my room. Rooms were noisy, which made it hard to sleep Other than that, everything else was acceptable

Middle of the road stay. It was clean enough that I wasn't worried about bugs or anything but the hotel is overall dingy and could definitely use an upgrade. The wall paper is peeling is some places, the lights are yellow light and flicker to turn on. Our room had a white, I'm assuming milk, stain on the coffee table. We also found a left over sock from a previous family under our bed. I would say you get a surface clean. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and there were clean towels. It's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

The hotel's location is incredible, just steps away from the beach. However, the overall service falls short of expectations. Room service is quite slow, and housekeeping does not clean the tooms regularly. Breakfast service is also disappointing, with delays in refilling the buffet, which is only available for 3 hours window, not ideal for guests who dont want to sprnd their morning waiting.
