Beautiful, modern facilty. Extremely clean with very comfortable accommodations. Handy location by the highway and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Kincardine or the beach.

Bathroom was huge, rooms were great, breakfast was good the downside was the Air conditioner was the same temp of 21/22 regardless of the setting…. It was too warm for sleeping… so did not sleep well, front desk was notified but nothing was done. Will not stay there again for this reason.

Did not meet expectations

Our stay at this hotel did not meet expectations we had of a Marriott branded hotel. The rooms and furnishings are dated, bathroom fixtures were loose, 3 of the 4 light bulbs in the hallway ceiling fixture were burned out, and there was an unrepaired/patched hole in the bedroom wall left behind by a technician who repaired something behind it. The hotel lobby itself had a sullen ambience which was less than inviting. The breakfast, although adequate, was less than appetizing, and the coffee was weak and disappointing. Had to walk to the Tim's down the street to get real coffee. Service was nowhere to be found as the hotel appears to be understaffed. Overall, the staff are courteous and pleasant but the hotel could use a refurbishment.

When we arrived(3pm) and upon entering our room the toilet had a leak. Turns out the toilet water was shut off so it wouldnt even flush nor fill up. When the maintenance dude finally showed up(830pm) he did fix the issue and the toilet handle that was apparently on backwards. Perfume and mens cologne were heavily worn on floor 2. Entire hall smelt like it. And the seagulls were stocked and loaded!!
