Property is a single wide mobile, so not fancy but functional and clean. There are few options in kingfisher but the neighbors here were friendly and welcoming. The bad... the train comes every morning at 2am, horn a blaring, the neighbors chickens on my truck multiple times, and the WiFi came back as unpaid so no WiFi. The host was fine but I think 3 stars is pretty generous.
