Little Haven' is a delightful one bedroom, all ground level cottage with a charming, enclosed south facing garden, situated in the enchanting Norfolk village of Heacham. Ideal for couples or singles wanting a peaceful, relaxing break by the coast. It is within walking distance of the beach and close to the village amenities (shops, pubs and restaurants). You can also visit the nearby famous Norfolk Lavender and enjoy the many attractions. Explore the unique Norfolk coast, with the many fishing harbours and inlets, by car or bus. For your convenience, the village is on the coastal bus route. Enjoy the many miles of sandy beaches and for bird watchers, visit the R.S.P.B. coastal nature reserves at Snettisham & Titchwell. The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is just 2 miles away and Sandringham House and Gardens only 5 miles. The renowned village of Burnham Market with its specialist tea rooms and shops is a must, and if you have any time left, you can hire a boat for the day on the Norfolk Broads.

The Cottage
The self-contained cottage, has a comfortable living room with flat screen television with built in freeview, SMART TV capabilities and DVD player. Plus, an electric reclining sofa as well as a wingback armchair. The bedroom has a quality king size bed and flat screen television, with freeview. The Kitchen/Diner is equipped with a range of cooking equipment and a dishwasher. A south facing enclosed garden and patio are at the back of the cottage where there is garden furniture, lighting and it is the perfect place to start or end your day. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, as well as toilet and wash basin.
