The main staircase leads up from the sitting room and is not steep with a hand rail, to a large landing with wooden flooring.

Bedroom 1: a good sized room with king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: has double bunk beds, bedside table and lamp.

Edinburgh House is the end of terrace within a short distance of the village green and Nelson Pub in Burnham Market. There is on street parking close to the cottage.

It has a fully enclosed rear walled garden which which is mainly lawned and has a paved area with outside table and chairs.
