First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet, Grab Rail. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Cot and highchair available on request. Sitting-out area with summerhouse and garden furniture. Large lawned garden with sitting-out area (shared with ref UK13206). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (dogs are not permitted on furniture, please keep within kitchen/dining room). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is unfenced access to the sea.. Vista Cottage (ref UK13205) and Dale View (ref UK13206) are delightful, traditional Norfolk coastal cottages which have been fully restored and refurbished, maintaining many of the original features. The cottages offer spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to six people and are set overlooking a long, shared garden which abuts the salt water marshes of Brancaster Staithe and the North Sea. With stunning views out toward Scolt Head Island Nature Reserve, you have the opportunity to watch and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife from within the cottage and from the garden.
Vista Cottage has a spacious living room with an original fireplace, 50" 4K UHD LED Freeview Smart TV and enjoys splendid views of the garden, marshes and out to sea. Access to the first floor is via the original cupboard staircase with traditional winding stairs, so may be unsuitable for some guests with limited mobility. Within the garden is a summerhouse for the sole use of guests of Vista Cottage and an area equipped with garden furniture. The owners have equipped and designed Vista Cottage to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, however, if there is anything further they can help you with please ask. They live next door to the property and are always on hand with knowledge of the local area to enhance your holiday experience.
Located in the delightful village of Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is located within 400 yards of the village shop, petrol station, public house (with restaurant and extensive menu) and a fresh fish shop. In the heart of the village is the harbour sailing club. The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club is in Brancaster, less than 2 miles away.
The ever popular village of Burnham Market is just 3 miles away with its range of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, and also close by is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell, which is famous for its bird watching. Continue in this direction to the holiday resort of Hunstanton, 8 miles away, where you will find a funfair, amusement arcades, shops, restaurants and plenty of seaside fun for all the family. Whatever you decide to do during your stay, Vista Cottage and Dale View (UK13206) will provide you with a wonderful base for your Norfolk holiday. Beach 2Ÿ miles. Shop 400 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
