Host was extremely welcoming, very communicative, very detailed book on the property, and Christmas decorations were on point!! Not too much !This is our 4th year to do a big family trip of 14 ppl…this was the BEST stocked house for large groups that cook most of the meals at the house. As the main person that does the food planning and cooking, I was IMPRESSED!! The organization of the kitchen was also top notch! The labels of where everything went was very helpful! The space was incredible with a majority of our party being kids. The bunk room was awesome!! Didn’t have to worry about number of dishwasher pods, trash bags, towels, toilet paper or paper towels. And the toiletries were also high quality.

Great location, clean with updated appliances. Equips with everything you need and more. Clean pool with jacuzzi. Lots of patio room with outdoor restroom. Plenty of towels for pool use. A few steps to access lake. Comfortable beds. Great Hi Definition TVs. Fast responses from owner. Highly recommended.

Our group loved our stay at this essentially brand new property! It still even has the new house smell! The layout is great for 4 adult couples - it's a challenge to find 4 king bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces were perfect. And the house is stocked with all the kitchen items that you could need. Last, but certainly not least, Gabriel was possibly the most communicative property manager that I've ever dealt with. He was quick to respond, stayed on top of every detail, and ensured that we had a great stay!

Property and yards, and pool were meticulously cared for. The house was incredibly clean and well equipped with things for convenience. A very well stocked kitchen with utensils I would only expect to find in my own house. All bedrooms were large and equipped with king size beds. Also, the owner couldn't be nicer, and the lake was a two minute walk! Would recommend this highly!

Family Time

We originally chose this place because of it central location. It was a central place for us to get together as a family. We have grown kids and grand kids, and we all live between San Antonio and Waco. We had a wonderful stay!! There is not one thing that I could even begin to complain about. Every detail was thought out. From design, to furnishings and amenities. This is the first vacation home that we have ever stayed in that had such detail and forethought. The kitchen had every appliance, dish, and cookware you could ever need. (We love to cook even when we travel) the beds were so comfortable, and the pool and the hot tub: just icing on the cake! We are already talking about when we can spend another weekend together at this amazing place!! Thank you for a great family time together!!!

Amazing house that has everything.

This house is perfect for a large group. I cannot find one negative thing to say about this place. It is new, accommodates all your needs, has a pool and most of all, a great place to make memories. We enjoyed a small family reunion there that accommodated about 16 people. We decided we would definitely come back for our next visit.

Exceptional Family Getaway

We recently had an incredible stay at this property with family, extended family, and friends—10 adults and 5 children under the age of 9. The place was amazing, and the kids especially loved the pool. This house is one of the most well-stocked homes I’ve ever stayed in, providing everything you could need and more. The house boasted many awesome extras, such as nice blue tooth speakers throughout, sharp knives, a cast iron grill, a sous vide, and towels for the pool and even for your boat (though we didn’t bring one). There was also an extra fridge in the garage. All the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone got a good night’s sleep and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Conveniently, a grocery store is super close by. Additionally, the property manager was outstanding, reaching out a week before and even during our visit. He paid attention to all details and was helpful with everything. They also provided light snacks at the door upon our arrival. I can honestly say this is the best rental home that I’ve stayed in, and I’ve experienced quite a few. Highly recommended!
